Heuyheuyheuy, what's this? How about a new character! I'm getting active on Neopets again. I'm making a good comeback, and I'm starting with making an application for a RG uni from ~Ponygeck ;w;
Her design is too sparkly. Ikr. u

Anyway, here's my idea for her. It's supposed to be a sort of myth, just like I did with Sabine ^^
Hypnos is the Greek god of sleeping, together with his four sons Morpheus, Phobetor, Icelus and Phantasos. Those three were the ones who made dreams. Phantasos made the fantastical dreams.
After a lot of years, some people came there who could control their dreams, and they got called lucid dreamers. They messed up the dreams and the four brothers got mad.
Phantasos had enough of this. He should create the creative things in dreams, not them! So he created someone to look over them, so before you can lucid dream, you have to go trough a portal.
It's not humanly, but most of the times it looks like a cute girl because most of the girls who can lucid dream think about cute things. And boys think about cute girls. Ah well :k
And whut what, it's Lucia! ;w; Guess how I came up with her name /pokes lucid dreams/
She can die in dreams by the way. She looks at lucid dreamers, but when they notice, they can kill her xD Every dream, again and again. And she feels pain too |D

My vacation is nearby ;-; I passed all the tests, and tommorow I have sportsday I'm going to fucking die.

I'm also going to make a pony design for her because I can. She's an uni on Neo so I will do it 8C
